Inside the Game Channel if you haven't successfully run Update. The options are:

(something) - The same as the first one in the Movie Channel but it always seems to be greyed out. Maybe it's just there because they plan to add a feature in a later version. It disappears after you successfully update to add the company channels.

Collection - It lets you load a game from a disc or the HDD and manage games that are installed to the HDD.

If you have successfully run Update, this is what appears. Choices are:

PlayStation® Now! - Contains various information on upcoming PlayStation hardware and software.

Collection - It lets you load a game from a disc or the HDD and manage games that are installed to the HDD.

SCEJ ch. - Contains information related to games released by Sony.

Capcom Channel - Contains information related to games released by Capcom.

Koei / GAMECITY - Contains information related to games released by Koei.

Konami Channel - Contains information related to games released by Konami.

Namco Channel - Contains information related to games released by Namco. Video and picture downloads are available.

Bandai Entertainment World - Contains information related to games released by Bandai. Video downloads are available.

Hudson Channel - Contains information related to games released by Hudson. Also has several playable games that must be accessed through this Channel every time you want to play them. Some of the current games are Milon's Secret Castle, Nuts and Milk, and Star Soldier BB. Video downloads are available.

EA Channel - Contains information related to games released bu Electronic Arts.

 

Many of the channels have downloadable content. You can only access those channels if connected to the internet. The content in all of those channels change from time to time, as they are essentially web pages that only the PS2 can access.

Info on Guilty Gear X Plus PlayStation the Best (Japanese equivalent of Greatest Hits). It says that the game is due to be released on February 13th, 2003 at a price of 2,800 yen.
